Fred received a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture degree from The Pennsylvania State University in 1973 where he received the ASLA Award of Merit for Excellence in the Field of Study in Landscape Architecture and is the 2015 recipient of the College of Arts & Architecture Alumni Award. Fred is a member of the ASLA, CNU, and the City Parks Alliance.
